Since your last posting, no, there hasn’t been an update provided by Koodo on this, at least not on this end of things. The community and the reps who manage it do not get updates on store or webstore inventory. Whenever I check online, there also does not seem to be any further updates. I can understand that this is frustrating as it is a problem with not much of a solution.

You will have to keep trying your local stores or leave them your name and number to call if they receive inventory of the Nubia device mentioned by Flo in your previous post or by escalating further by scheduling a callback with a rep through Koodo assist and see if they have any more information or can do anything further. Support Homepage | Koodo Mobile
