I’m away from home for a month and my Pixel 4a just burned out and is dead. I want to pick a new phone in my deals and have it shipped to my vacation address. I got through the process until the end, but can’t add a different shipping address? What to do? Can’t be without a phone for a month and don’t really want to move to another provider.

After persevering and getting a call back from the helpdesk, and multiple ID and other security checks over the phone and via text I managed to get a phone sent to the address I’m at. I have to say that my phone support experience with Hajar, in Casablanca, Morrocco was very pleasant. She was excellent and patient for the whole hour it took (partially due to poor connection where I am, resulting in multiple dropped calls). Kudos to her.

Due to fraud concerns Koodo can only ship to the address on the account, so there is no way to enter a separate shipping address at checkout. I haven't seen a store pickup option for online orders either, since Koodo keeps the online and in store sale channels separate for inventory control.
Your best bet is probably a Koodo store near where you are staying, they can do the upgrade there. Keep in mind a connection fee (might not) applies for an in store setup. https://www.koodomobile.com/find-nearest-store
Otherwise, if someone is at your home address, deliveries normally need a signature, and if noone is there the courier leaves a note so you can call and have it held for pickup.

That is interesting and great to hear! This is definitely new to me. I guess Koodo have special process to validate customer ID and expedite the process.
