got a CPO iphone on Apr 2023, now I’m having issues with it. unable to call caller when not on speaker, tried restart and reset plus changing case/screen protector. i’m not sure if koodoo online still covers it for repair or returned if i didnt buy the device care, i checked through apple too, theres no apple care avail.

It would be better for you to go to your nearest Mobile Klinik location. There are two stores in Winnipeg, one in CF Polo Park and one in Kildonan Place.
