Hi there @cmurray

We are sorry to hear you are having issues cancelling the subscription.

Have you tried in incognito mode on your browser and the issue still persists?

Is there any error showing up?

No I didn’t.  Shouldn’t need to if logged into my account.  Just says page won’t load.

Incognito mode can help fixed any cache errors that your browser is running into. You can also clear your cache/cookies, try a different or browser.
I recommend trying that first to see if it’s an issue on your end or Koodo’s.

I was PRESSURED into taking offers I didn’t want,  “It’s ONLY this much a month”  and have it on my credit card that I am TRYING to pay DOWN.

I was told that I could cancel those subscriptions through Koodo .   It’s not working. Sorry to be rude but I’m wondering if that cancelling difficulty is purposeful.

Hi @Waiting2Retire

We have been unable to identify an account/ subscription based on your community profile. Have you used the “Log in via self serve” option in the community login page when you signed up here on the Koodo community?

Can you please let us know what services are you looking to cancel and what is the error that you are getting?

EDIT:  We see that you started  a separate post here
