I'm looking at purchasing a new phone and the page says there is "up to $188 in bill credit" is this a guaranteed amount, or how will I know how much I actualy receive in credit?

+4It probably said that because of the tab/plan selection that you can have with the phone. When you check out, it should show the amount of credit that you are eligible
