I made a payment last night from Scotiabank online, however, I overpaid in need to reverse half of the payment. How do I proceed. Thank you.

+4I assume you are a postpaid customer. If you paid through online banking, the payment will likely show up in your Koodo account in 2–3 business days.
If you would like Koodo to issue a refund, you would have to schedule a callback and ask a representative to assist. However, it might be best to leave it there for your next bill..
