Pre-recorded long distance msg for calls within Canada

Hey everyone! We just wanted to take the time to update the community on how Permissive Dialing has changed.

It was updated so that customers located in Canada, no longer hear a recorded message when placing a long distance call to another Canadian number if 1 isn’t dialed before the number. The call will now go through, as a long distance call, without any pre-recorded message.

Don’t worry! Long distance calls to the United States or other international destinations will still have a pre-recorded message if the number 1 isn’t dialed before the 10-digit phone number. This change only applies to postpaid customers, prepaid remains unchanged.
