How can I erase my Community user profile?

We would hate to see you go but can understand how sometimes it’s just not meant to be.  If you need to delete your Community user profile, it’s as easy as sending an email to communityforums@telus.com. The request can take up to 2 weeks to be completed.

Just note that once a request to delete your personal data has been made, it can’t be undone. Instead, if you’re getting too many emails from us, you can always just unsubscribe to email notifications within your General Profile Settings

NOTE:

Please don’t send Koodo account cancelation requests to the above email as this will not cancel your Koodo service. To cancel your Koodo service, please schedule a call back


The system will permanently remove the following data from our Community platform:

  • Your entire community user profile.
  • All private message conversations you were included in.
  • Any reference of you in our Community analytics.
  • Any reference of you in Community search.
  • Any subscriptions you may have to specific threads/categories.
  • All of your Ranks/Badges will be deleted.
  • Your position on the Leaderboard.
  • We will also anonymize all of your posts and likes.

 

 

 

No hard feelings though! If you choose, you’ll always have the option of rejoining the Community.
