recently, i switched from kudoo postpaid to prepaid in kudoo. now i cannot call it says 7b1 network is not activated. i cannot call but i recieve call its says private number. plz help

It seems your transfer wasn’t completed. Did you respond to the text sent by Koodo to your postpaid SIM card? 

Yes, firstly i can send call and recieve calls after sometime it says 7b1 sim not activated

Are you having trouble with the postpaid sim or prepaid sim? 

 

Did you activate your prepaid sim? Which base plan did you get? Did you port your number from koodo postpaid to Koodo prepaid?
