Unable to add minute booster to prepaid account

I signed into my prepaid account and went through the steps to add another 600 minutes like I always do. I finished the steps and paid for the top up but my phone still does not let me make calls.

Did the transaction go through? 

My balance showed $30 so I went to top it up to pay for it but now my balance shows $60 so I don’t want to do it again and rack up my balance.

Did you actually add/buy a booster? 
I mean adding funds to your account, and then picked talk booster?
