having a hard time getting into my prepaid acct. i need to know if my acct is closed or is still being used from the person who has stolen my phone.

+4What error message do you get to log into your prepaid self serve account?
Do you have auto top up setting up on your prepaid account? If you don't add funds to your account, then your account will be closed in 90 days. But, if you have auto top up, you need to remove it.
