I needed to login to get my billing history for my mortgage and the teller asked me lot of security questions and without telling  me transferred me to in related departments and they transferred me to my prepaid again asked me same questions and told me we can not do it. They just pretended helping while eating my time. I couldn’t provide that document for my mortgage and yet can not login . So unprofessional

Unfortunately, there are no proper invoices for prepaid accounts. Have you tried retrieving your credit card statements to show that you made the payments?

You can download the invoices for the past 18 months on your Self-Serve account. If you need any older bills, you will need to send a message to a rep on Koodo Expert Messaging to retrieve them. There will be a $15 fee for each invoice. https://www.koodomobile.com/en/help/viewing-and-downloading-your-bills

If the user is a prepaid customer, there isn’t a bill in self-serve unfortunately. Prepaid Self Serve only provides a payment transaction history (a simple log showing when you topped up your account)..

Also, mortgage lenders generally require formal utility or telecom bills to verify your identity and address. A prepaid transaction log is almost never accepted by lenders for this purpose. You will likely save time by providing a different document to your lender, such as a bank statement, internet bill, or credit card statement.
