Hi I was wanting to switch from petro mobile to koodo for a prepaid phone plan. I was trying to sign up but they are asking for my sim card number. Are they referring to my old sim card from petro or do i have to purchase a koodo sim card online?? My petro one did not work, it said SIM card number is not available to be activated.
