Suspended account due to Koodo page error

I tried to top up my account many time, but fail. It kept saying you are almost there, just top up your account. The card is newly issued but filled in everything click continue, nothing happen. 

How do I get help to solve this problem?

Yes, I am in Canada and not using VPN. I got this sim is a promotion, free from a bank. I never paid before, at the end of the first free month, I have been trying to pay. Suspended.

Can you dial 611 from your Koodo number and follow the voice prompts to top-up the account? Another way to top-up is to get a prepaid voucher from a Koodo location to top it up. That might be helpful while we are trying to figure out what happened to your account 

From your description, the issue might be from the bank card as well, if you have any other credit card, I would recommend you try it.

You’ll want to try these steps first if you are seeing the you are almost there message or a page error while trying to top up. Wait 24 to 48 hours after getting a new card because banks often delay full activation or put fraud holds on first uses. Make sure your card details match exactly what is on file like your name, address, and billing zip code because any mismatch will stop the payment. You’ll want to also use incognito mode or clear your cache and cookies before retrying the top up. If that fails, test a different browser like Chrome or Edge or use a different device. Still stuck?

My card was issued more than a month ago. Problem is not bank card.

I assume you are a prepaid customer? Did other card work before with the account?

As well, just to confirm, are you currently residing in Canada and not using any VPN?
