I refered a friend and got credit for only one month. I assumed they didn’t continue their service, so I didn’t receive credits for this friend while I got others.
My understanding is we can refer a maximum of 3 people. Since I am no longer receiving credits from this friend anymore. Is there anyway I can switch out the inactive friend and replace it with a new friend?

On Koodo Prepaid you're correct, you can make up to 3 referrals per 365 days from your activation date. If you've only done 1, you can still refer 2 more people and earn more credits for the remainder of your 365 days from activation.
However, you can't swap previous referrals for new ones and have 3 referrals again—the limit resets after 365 days is up. This is one of the limits to referring because as you have seen, koodo will not reward you if your referral doesn't continue the service, it wouldn't make sense. I hope this clears things up 🙂👍
