Why is the website advertising Prepaid Sim cards for koodoo for $10 in their stores and on Amazon...Go to store they want to charge $20? Call support they say only participating stores, so i go back put in my city and the store I was just at popped up. Beyond frustrating and they also sent me to Telus to buy the card which was a whole new level of hell.

It pays to shop around… literally. I usually have the best luck with eBay, just make sure you buy the prepaid version (postpaid is different).
