I have bought Koodo prepaid SIM card, but I am unable to finish payment, since I do not have credit card or debit Visa issued in USA/Canada. All I have is debit Visa issued in Europe, which is not suitable for payments.
I am a newcomer in Canada, and need phone number as soon as possible.
Can I go to a Koodo store, ask for activation assistance and pay with cash?

Ah I see you meant to get a sim card first? You can also purchase a prepaid simcard in a store with your current cards or with cash to get the prepaid sim card and then add funds as above to get your line setup.
