prepaid plan roaming

I want to ask if prepaid plan include international roaming (except for US). Thanks

No, Prepaid only allow you roam while you are in US “Roaming services are available in all 50 States in the U.S. (including Alaska and Hawaii) as well Puerto Rico and the U.S. Virgin Islands” https://www.koodomobile.com/en/help/long-distance-travel-and-roaming-prepaid

International roaming is only available with postpaid service.
