How do I get a prepaid plan to my esim.
Its already activated but when I go to pre-paid section, it says invalid sim #
so confused

Which phone are you using right now? Only certain phones are compatible with the eSIM on the Koodo network.
The eSIM voucher should work on a prepaid line. For more information, you can follow the instructions here to set it up on your phone. https://www.koodomobile.com/en/help/esim-and-esim-vouchers
If you are still having issues, you can schedule a callback through Koodo Assist or send a message to a Koodo rep on Facebook Messenger or Twitter.

It should work on the Google Pixel 5. Make sure to follow the steps correctly.
- Turn on the phone.
- Select Don’t have a SIM card option.
- Connect to a Wi-Fi network.
- Select Koodo as your network.
- Scan QR code on Koodo eSIM voucher with camera.
Everything scanned in. I also see 2 Koodo network. There's a X on the network with esim. I guess it's looking for service which I am not sure how to purchase

When you mentioned “ Its already activated but when I go to pre-paid section, it says invalid sim #”? which prepaid section did you visit? How did you get the eSIM anyway? did the rep at the store add the eSIM for you? or he/she just gave you a physical SIM?
The rep at the store just gave me the Sim. Visited prepaid section on Koodo website
