Hi there. Not getting internet connection on my ZTE Rockethub Mobile router. Am getting a connection (seeing the bars), I’m just not getting internet from it. Contacted seller to see if the device was carrier locked but allegedly it’s not. Please help

Have you logged into your ZTE Rockethub Mobile router and check the APN settings?
Make sure they match what is noted here
Also when you put your sim in your phone does data work?

Just to confirm, do you have Koodo internet and using a different router with, or it is mobile router that you are using a sim card with?

It is a mobile router I am using a sim card with.
