My account is suspended and I do not have a balance due. It is topped up properly. I can't contact anyone at koodo and the virtual assistant doesn't understand my issue. For some reason my call back number is not working?

Is your phone working?  Prepaid users including me get this message every month until Koodo processes the top-up, however the phone continues to work.


@RussKoodoo it looks like it has processed now. I was trying to refill my data booster online but couldn’t because it was disabled, although my phone may have been working otherwise so just bad timing for the top-up. Thanks for the reply.
