Hi ,my son (17.5 years - minor) who just moved to canada as an international student . wanted to get a sim and a pre paid plan.. is it possible to do so by going into a koodo store along with study permit and passport to buy and acfivate being a minor.

There is no credit check required for a prepaid account. Identification should not even be necessary to sign up for service.
