My boyfriend is in drumheller penitentiary and he's been trying to call me through a collect call but my phone doesn't even ring or let me know anyone is trying to call me collect is this a setting I can change on my phone or possibly something to do with my plan? Thanks.

+4Unfortunately, Koodo doesn't support "call collect”. You could ask if he can use calling card or send money for him to make calls.
