My boyfriend is in drumheller penitentiary and he's been trying to call me through a collect call but my phone doesn't even ring or let me know anyone is trying to call me collect is this a setting I can change on my phone or possibly something to do with my plan? Thanks.

Unfortunately, Koodo doesn't support "call collect”. You could ask if he can use calling card or send money for him to make calls.
