I live in a border town. This is the first time that it thinks I'm roaming. It won't go back to my koodo service. I turn roaming off and I loose my data that I'm paying for. I can't get any of my calls or make them. Tho I I'm still in canada. Have my location on thinking it'll help but it's not

Hi there,
when you check your carrier selection in your device’s network settings, are you able to change it to manual and then select Koodo?
This will force your device to choose the Koodo network over automatically choosing other roaming networks. See if this works.
