Fix user lock issue

Could you please help me fix this issue? Koodo log in window showed user lock.

If you have a credit card, you can top up over the phone by calling 611.  This will renew your baseplan.

Are you referring to being locked out of your Koodo self serve account?  Did you get the password wrong too many times?

I got password wrong too many times. Also, now my phone number is locked. I can't use internet and can't call anyone

If your self serve is locked out due to too many unsuccessful attempts, just wait an hour for your account to become unlocked.

What do you mean your phone number is locked?

If your prepaid service expired and you need to top up?

What does it say when you call 611 from your prepaid line?

Yes, I need to top up. But now, I can't log in to top up online.
