Double Charge During New Connection Signup – No Account Created

Hi everyone,

I was trying to sign up for a new connection on Koodo Mobile, but ran into an issue. The page showed an error during checkout, however my credit card was charged twice. Despite the charges, no new connection was created.

Has anyone faced something similar? How did you get it resolved?

I’d appreciate any guidance on getting the duplicate charge refunded.

I would request a callback via koodo to have a rep look into it to see if they have a pending request for a new account stuck in the background at koodo.

Thanks for your reply. I do not have an account yet with kodoo. I wont allow me to open without a connection. Without account i am not able to comnect with a rep.

That’s ok, you do not need to be a Koodo customer to schedule a callback.

When prompted by the chatbot, just select “Not a Koodo customer” and then “I’d like to join Koodo” and follow the remaining prompts. It will either get you to call their reps at a 1-833 number or ask for a phone number and time to call you.

Once you connect with the rep, you can explain your situation, and they can look into it.
