do I loose prepaid booster minutes

i lost my phone .if i buy new sim card, do i loose my prepaid minutes /

No, you can keep the number and booster. All you need to do is swapping SIM.

if you lost the SIM card, you can get a new prepaid Koodo SIM from a Koodo location. After that follow this to swap the SIM to the new one https://www.koodomobile.com/en/help/prepaid-sim-cards
