I was wondering if the prepaid credit card charging top up is down or not cause for several days I have been trying to top up my account and this message comes up.
Have you tried using another credit card or Visa Debit card? They also accept certain Visa and MasterCard gift cards. https://www.koodomobile.com/en/help/online-payment-methods
Yeah I have and it doesn’t work I even got my brother to try on his account and it wasnt working as well
Did the card work previously or has it never worked?
It did work previously. I used it for almost 2 years.
In the mean time you may want to purchase a top up voucher for now
