Credit card not accepted online

I am trying to move to Koodo. I have chosen a plan and gone through most of the pages on the website to open an account. At the end it is not accepting my payment information. My credit card statement and the data I’m entering are the same. There is no contact information on the website to get help, so what am I supposed to do?

So you’re trying to set up a brand new account?

Is it a Canadian credit card that you’re using or an international one?
And as well, credit card and not a visa/mastercard debit?

New account. It’s a real Canadian credit card, not a debit.

I figured out the issue… the postal code on my drivers license is NOT the same as is on my credit cards statement. Once I switched it I was able to finish the process.

New account. It’s a real Canadian credit card, not a debit.
