Cannot login after the latest Koodo prepaid password reset


I received an email from Koodo about my prepaid account 30 mins ago “We have enhanced our online security and Self Serve experience with important updates.”

Logged in, reset the password, but cannot log in back anymore.

Tried resetting the password again, same thing.

If I type the new password, I get “Logout or clear cookies first”.

If I try some incorrect password, I get “Either email or password invalid”.

So, the new password is clearly recognized, but it does not let me in.

I tried clearing cookies, did not help. Tried the incognito mode, same error.

There seems to be a prepaid login issue currently

Ah, I searched the forum before posting, but specifically in the prepaid category, so missed that post. Ok, good to know I am not the only one.
