I was paying once every 90 days to keep my prepaid number alive. I missed the payment last time and due to inactivity for over 90 days my Self-serve access and number is lost. Is there any way to get a new prepaid SIM with the same number? or to keep my old Prepaid number?

Unfortunately, no. Your number will go back into the pool of available numbers and there is no knowing when it will be available for anyone to grab it… and even then chances are next to zero that you’ll be able to get it back.
Safeguard your future number and make sure you don’t miss any payments if you value it that much, is my advice :)
