Not getting incoming and outgoing calls

Hi there,

To confirm, does the device show it is connected to the Koodo network and does it do that for one number you try to call / that tries to reach you or does it not work for any number?

Also, when you login to Koodo self-serve, does it show that you’re still in your 30 days of use for the prepaid plan or does it say that it is suspended and needs a top-up?

hmm ok. From the device, can you call *611? It will play an automated message that will tell you if the account is suspended and needs a top up. It should work even if it is suspended. If it is suspended, then you just need to top up the account the amount that it tells you and then you will be able to call again.

That, or you can create a Koodo self serve account and it can tell you there too and you can make a payment there if needed. To setup a self serve account, you can follow the steps here: Registering for Self Serve | Koodo Mobile

Are you a new customer? Or did it work previously and then it stopped working?

Have you tried restarting your phone? Did you turn on and off airplane mode? How about resetting your network settings?
