So that is a 360 day plan. I believe that plan is not eligible, it is only applicable to monthly plans.

Yes, existing customer is eligible if you switched to a plan over $25/mo as Dihn mentioned.

eh, Just to confirm, are they Postpaid or prepaid (monthly renewal) customer? postpaid customers aren’t eligible for this promo. Only prepaid customers are.
