Account Suspension

I need help as my account has been suspended because the credit card that was registered for auto top up was issued outside US & Canada, and I have no other cards to use. What are the services that will not work if my account is suspended? Is there any work around available for me without going to the physical store to solve the issue? Any answers are very much appreciated. :)

There are other way to pay though. Are you a prepaid or postpaid customer?

If you want to use certain foreign card, you can contact Koodo directly and ask a rep to register the card.

@mongalang82 If it is a prepaid account, you can use a credit card registered to a Canadian or U.S. address. International credit cards are not accepted.
