account setup issues

I setup my phone number at a store. I came home and activated my account. Entered email, secondary phone number, changed my PIN and set a password. All good. I then log out and try to log in and I can’t. Says I have a wrong email and password. The email is correct. I know that as I received the 2FA codes to my email. I try to change the password. I don’t get the change password email. Not in spam. I try to activate the account again and it says there are problems. Probably because already set up. Help. I don’t know what to do next.

Are you sure you are logging in on the right portal? There is the prepaid and postpaid portals.

Have you tried to clear the cache and cookies on your browser? How about using a different device or browser?

Hi Robert 

Thanks for responding.  After I spent time trying to figure out whether I had a prepaid account or a monthly account (figured out it was prepaid - even though I have it set up to pay monthly), I managed to lock my account. Upon trying to unlock it and reset a new password, Koodo told me it didn’t like my initial password. So. After changing it to something more compliant, I am finally in. Thanks so much!
