360 day prepaid renewal using auto top up

My 360 day prepaid plan expires September 17. If I enable automatic top up with a registered credit card, would it be renewed automatically and charged to my card? Or, do I have to top up by manually adding funds to the account?  I see that automatic top up is for monthly charges, does not mention annual charge.

Automatic top-up isn't monthly-only. Prepaid renewal draws from your available funds at the end of the cycle, so with auto top-up registered and a good card on file it should renew on Sept 17 and charge the card. Without automatic top-ups and with no funds in the account, the plan won't renew on its own.

I would let it renew on the day and check Self Serve after. If it didn't go through and there is no payment pending, you can renew the plan manually in Self Serve. More on funds and top-ups here https://www.koodomobile.com/en/help/topping-your-prepaid-account

Prepaid support on the forum is limited, so if you want it confirmed on your account before then, the prepaid chat is https://widget.telus.tiia.ai/koodoprepaid/koodoprepaid.html
