I have two plans, but no longer need the old one and it’s a worse deal, what’s the process to transfer the number from one plan to another and then remove the old account? Both are with Kodoo under my account.

I don’t think there’s an option currently to transfer a number from one line to another. You’d have to port out the number and back in again if you wish to remain with Koodo.
