Officially they fall off. Unofficially YMMV. In my experience if you switch to a plan priced the same or higher, they will stay... Again, YMMV.
Hi there @Lawson NO as the description mentions, as long as your new plan is of equeal or higher amount to your current one, you are all good.

I think everyone on the 2022 BF plan is thinking of the same thing regarding this. It is written quite clearly that if it’s the same cost plan you keep your credits in the FAQ. I don’t know why “officially” it should fall off, or YMMV. I think all Koodo Employees and managers should be more clear about this, Are you going to honor the things you write in FAQ or not?
@KOOOScarlet @ Lawson above can confirm. I understand they were given inconsistent info. The info we gave here was correct. @ Lawson changed their plans and the credits were kept.
@Lawson Pls confirm for the rest of the customers here that promise was kept. Thank you!
@Bernard Koodo Hi Bernard, I just changed my plan from 4G 65$ to 5G 65$ plan. Can you confirm that every monthly credits will be remained? Thx
@Rombi It is likely just a pure coincidence, but I see one credit is scheduled to be removed starting the next bill cycle, due to ineligibility. We reference reviews of discount in our Service Terms:
How do discounts and promotions work?
We will apply discounts, promotions or benefits to your account as long as we maintain these discounts, promotions or benefits, and as long as you meet the applicable eligibility requirements. We may change discounts, promotions or benefits and their eligibility requirements at any time. We may check your eligibility from time to time, and if you become ineligible to receive a discount, promotion or benefit for any reason, we may remove it without prior notice.
You had 2 credits stacked for several months which should not have happened. The credit removal is not retroactive, simply moving forward. You will still benefit from keeping the other credit making your new plan super valuable. I hope this helps.
