I was with Koodo and was using wifi calling. I switched to another provider for few days and now is back with Koodoo but with an e-sim. For some reason , I can’t turn on WiFi calling. The messsge I get when I toggle wif calling button is “ contact Koodoo activate wifi calling. Can someone please help ?

+4Hmm, that’s odd. I’m using an eSIM as well and it went through without a hitch. What phone do you have? Have you tried restarting it?
+4Just to confirm, are you a postpaid customer? And which phone are you using? As well, are you using any VPN and residing in Canada?
