Hi,

I’m an existing bring-your-own-phone customer.

I want to change my plan.

After I picked the new plan, it prompted me to add a phone.

I don’t want a new phone.

How can I proceed to check out?

You’ll want to login to your selfserve account, click view plan. change plan. then select the one you want.

 

The route you are currently trying to go through is the one to purchase a new phone/line.
