Hi All,

I am new here.

I have a Samsung S22 Ultra which i bought unlocked from USA.

I have activated the visual voicemail addon- $5.

I can’t make to work, Contacted the Koodo phone support. Agent mentioned my phone isn’t under supported phone list.

S21 Ultra is listed. So, I assume mine may work. Am i missing something?

Help me please.

Thank you all.

Did you attempt to restart your device after including the add-on to your Self-Serve account? If it still does not work after that, I would suggest you to reach out to a Koodo rep. Schedule a callback through Koodo Assist and let them know that you want to speak with someone from the technical support team. They may need to provision some of the settings on their end to get the visual voicemail feature to work. https://Koo.do/Chat

I tried both.

Rebooted multiple times, Spoke with Technical support. He simply said S22 Ultra not supported.

I flagged a Koodo rep to see if there is any other way to help you out.

In the event that it is not supported, you may want to look into third-party apps offering the visual voicemail feature, such as YouMail.

Can you check your CSC code in the settings of the device? Was it set to KDO?

Although Koodo didn’t list any Samsung devices in their supported devices, Telus did. Hopefully it could be just a configuration problem.

Hi, there @Prasprime ,

As the  Samsung S22 Ultra is fairly new, Visual Voicemail is not yet supported. It should be available with future updates. We have verified and it is the same for both Koodo and TELUS. We would suggest removing the option, for now, so you don’t pay for a service that you can’t use.  We hope this helps.
