US roaming charges

I have twice tried to add the two week roaming add on to my plan. When I do I get a message saying I have paid for more data. Once in the US I am being told I will be charged the daily rate if I use my phone.

I really want the two week add on - is it possible to receive this? And remove the daily charge?

Just to confirm, did you send text to 7626 to activate the travel pass.

There has been a glitch with Koodo roaming add-on recently. Let me flag a rep to look into it

We will make sure the travel pass is added to your account and the billing adjusted properly. Can you please confirm the last two digits of the phone number for which you want to add the travel pass?
