Urgent: not receiving calls after porting to Koodo and going straight to voicemail

It is been 4-5 days I’m not getting any calls after porting number to Koodo. I have tried to call on 1844 232 7687 and it says there is no active transfer request on my phone number. Please look into this at earliest.

Have restarted phone many times

Reinserted SIM

but still it is not working.

Is everything else working properly, both incoming and outgoing?
Was it a cell number or landline number that you ported over?

It is cell number portability, outgoing calls working properly.

Having issue with Incoming call, not receiving any incoming calls.

Did you get an answer? My spouse is having the same issue.

Number was not properly ported. Koodo has reinitiated the porting and issue got resolved.
