Hello I am wanting to upgrade my phone but I am wondering what happens well I wait for it to arrive does my old phone still work tell it gets here?
Does it cancel the plan on this phone I am a little worried about doing this online

Your current phone stays active.
Once you get the new phone, you’ll simply remove the SIM card from your current one and put it into the new one to transfer over your service!
