I added on the unlimited international SMS perk. I believe this means that any SMS sent from Canada to me while I am travelling outside of Canada is free. Is that correct? Will I be charged the $16 roaming fee when I turn on my phone to read it?

The Unlimited International SMS perk allows you to send unlimited messages from Canada to international numbers.
When you are roaming, outgoing text messages will trigger the roaming fees, however, incoming text messages are free of charge.
Just make sure you do not use any other service in roaming in order to avoid the roaming fees.
