I have “Unlimited Long Distance Pack” as a perk and I also have “Pay-Per-Use Intl Long Distance” as an add-on. I have been trying to make a call to S. Korea, but it is not working. I put +82, and dropped “0” of the local number.
Please verify my account for the service to properly work.

Just to confirm, can you call Canadian number normally? What error did you receive ?
As well, have you tried to you dial 011 82 + South Korean number? (and still drop the 0 from South Korean number).
