Unable to Select a Perk


I recently changed my plan, and when I selected my perk and I went to the next page to finalize my plan it said “no perk selected”. I tried multiple times and it wouldn’t keep my selected perk. I decided to change my plan anyways and thought I could possibly go back after to select it, but the same thing happens.

It could be an issue with your particular plan, which perk do you want to add? you could ask here as well. A rep might be able to assist.

Roll over data. It shouldn’t be an issue with my plan. It states I get one perk.
From reading all of the other customer questions it looks like everyone is having the same issue. Looks like a glitch with Koodo.

Let me flag a rep to look into it.
The forum is like a complaint department, you would only see problem. If people are happy, and successfully changed their plan, they wouldn't bother showing here

We have looked into and we can confirm the perk stayed with your new plan, you should be able to see the details in self serve. under Mobile Services.

Hi there ​@Flo Koodo 

I am also having a similar issue with my account where when I change my plan, the perk cannot be added and I’m constantly told to try again later. I am trying to add the international long distance calling pack to my perks and I cannot seem to do so.

We’ve tried to add the perk from our end but we were unable to. We have submitted a request for the perk to be added by the dedicated team in the backend. This will take up to 3 business days.

I am having the same issue, I was able to add the perk to one of my lines, the other line I get the same loop as the original poster here.
