Unable to Make Long Distance Calls

Hi there,

I am unable to make long distance calls from my line ending in x-8240. I know that I need to add the “Pay Per Use” long distance add-on even though I have the unlimited long distance perk, but I do not have the option to select the “Pay Per Use” add-on in my self- serve area.

Some help with be appreciated. Thank you!

Hi ​@Callistus, we’ve added the Pay-Per-Use Intl Long Distance add-on to your *40 line, please restart the phone and test. Let us know if it works!
