Unable to change to Free Perk 3 Day International Roaming

Question

I want to change my free perk to the 3 Day International Roaming perk but unable to change it.  I keep trying the self serve for multiple days and keep getting error message saying I can’t.  This is extremely frustrating!  Can you please help me to change it?

Since you've been trying for a few days already, let me flag a rep to look into it and change the perk on their end.

In the meantime, two things worth checking. Does the 3 Day International Roaming perk actually show up in your list of options when you try to change it? The perks you can choose depend on your rate plan, so it isn't offered on every plan — https://www.koodomobile.com/en/help/koodos-pick-your-perk-plans

Also, Have you tried it in incognito mode or on a different browser?

The 3 Day International Roaming perk did show up on my list of options when I tried to change it. I originally have the long distance plan. I tried unchecking this box and select the 3 Day International Roaming perk. IT DOES NOT WORK!!!!!I tried it through both Chrome and Microsoft Edge, still DO NOT WORK AT ALL!!!!!!!!!This is making it extremely frustrating!!!!!!! I totally lost confidence with Koodo’s self serve capabilities. I am travelling in a few days and want to use this perk, but don’t even know how long will this take to resolve. PLEASE ASSIST TO CHANGE IT! Thanks.
