Unable to change my free perk

I was having difficulty add my free perk of roll over data and recieved help to add it to my account.  I am trying now to change the perk to 5G boost but again having the same problem as it states the change has been made and a confirmation email has been sent but nothing changes and I never get an email.

So, when you check self serve, does it still show the old (incorrect) perk?

We have tried to add the perk from our end, however, we were unable to. We have submitted a request for the perk to be switched from Rollover data to 5G speed boost in the backend as you requested.

This should take up to 3 business days.

I would suggest avoiding changing to the 5G boost perk based on the recent Koodo announcement of all applicable customers getting a free boost within the next 6 months to 1Gbps speeds
