I was having difficulty add my free perk of roll over data and recieved help to add it to my account. I am trying now to change the perk to 5G boost but again having the same problem as it states the change has been made and a confirmation email has been sent but nothing changes and I never get an email.

We have tried to add the perk from our end, however, we were unable to. We have submitted a request for the perk to be switched from Rollover data to 5G speed boost in the backend as you requested.
This should take up to 3 business days.
